REAL EASE 800

REAL EASE 800, an effective chemical release agent for all types of concrete formworks.

General Description	The reduction of alkalis in water of the concrete with the applied release agent on the form will create a thin film which prevents any bond developing between the concrete and formwork thus enabling the formwork to be shipped easily. Prevent excessive build-ups or puddles as it may cause retardation of concrete on the area. Should spillage occur on the reinforcement, the contaminated area is to be removed by using a cloth or rag dampened with turpentine or coat it with cement slurry to react with the release agent and this slurry should brush off prior to concrete pouring.
Recommended For	REAL EASE 800 is suitable for all type of formwork and other areas where concrete build-ups or rusting is undesired.

Recommended Dosage	REAL EASE 800 is a very economical version of form oil. No dilution necessary. Use as supplied. Non-absorbent forms approximately 20m² per litre Porous or rough-sawn timber approximately 8m² per litre Smooth plywood or dense-grained timber approximately 12m² per litre Clean all surface prior to application of REAL EASE 800. Apply thinly and evenly using spray, mop or rollers brush to get better efficiency.
Packaging	REAL EASE 800 supplied in 5 litres, 20 litres pail and sealed 205 litres drum.
Storage / Shelf Life	REAL EASE 800 can be stored for 1 year in tightly sealed original drum or pail.
Health and Safety Precaution	Inhalation In case of discomfort, move to a ventilated area. Skin contact Flush skin thoroughly with water. Eye contact Flush eyes with water and carefully rinse under eyelids. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Ingestion Immediately rinse mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. If conditions worsen, consult a physician immediately.
