| General Description |
REAL FLOW 600 is a non-retarding, high range water reducing admixture for concrete. It contains modified naphthalene sulphonate polymers. It may be added to the concrete at the job site or at the ready-mix concrete plant for maximum ease of use. No chlorides are used in its formulation; consequently, it is recommended for pre-stressed concrete. It is also compatible with air-entraining agents, waterproofing agents and many other admixtures. However, each material should be added to the concrete separately. REAL FLOW 600 can produce highly fluid, self-levelling concrete requiring little compaction during placing. With a high-water reduction capability, REAL FLOW 600 reduces permeability and accelerates early strength gain. |

| Recommended Dosage |
The optimum dosage should be determined by site trails with the particular raw materials. As a guide, the dosage rate is normally in the range of: -

flowing concrete - 0.6 litres to 1.4 litres per 100kg of coment |
| • |
high strength concrete - 1.4 litres to 2.0 litres per 100kg of cement |

Effects Of
Overdosing |
An overdose of double the recommended rate of REAL FLOW 600 will result in significant retardation. When overdosing occurs, it is important to maintain adequate curing so that the ultimate strength of the concrete will not be adversely affected but will increase ultimately. |

REAL FLOW 600 is supplied in bulk by tanker and sealed 205 litres drum. |

| Storage / Shelf Life |
REAL FLOW 600 can be stored for 6 months in tank and 1 year in tightly sealed original drum. |
