REAL FLOW 600

REAL FLOW 600 meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494 Type F, BS 5075

How It Works REAL FLOW 600 is a non-retarding, high range water reducing admixture for concrete. It contains modified napthalene sulphonate polymers. It may be added to the concrete at the job site or at the ready mix concrete plant for maximum ease of use. No chlorides are used in its formulation; consequently it is recommended for prestressed concrete. It is also compatible with air-entraining agents, waterproofing agents and many more other admixtures.However, each material should be added to the concrete seperately. REAL FLOW 600 can produce highly fluid, self-levelling concrete requiring little compaction during placing. With a high water reduction capability, REAL FLOW 600 reduces permeability and accelerates early strength gain.

How Much To Use The optimum dosage should be determined by site trails with the particular raw materials. As a guide, the normal dosage (per 100kg of cement) is :
flowing concrete - 0.6 to 1.0 lit
high strength concrete - 1.4 to 2.0 lit
How Is It Supplied REAL FLOW 600 is supplied in 205 litres drums or bulk delivery. REAL FLOW 600 should be stored above 4°C and protected from frost. The shelf life of REAL FLOW 600 is about 12 months. REAL FLOW 600 can be used to obtain up to 30% water reduction.
